Khalsa Farm & Events is nestled in the hills of Wine Country and is located forty five minutes from San Francisco and just fifteen minutes from downtown Napa. Our family owned farm offers sixty acres of rolling hills with three hundred and sixty degree views of Napa Valley’s countryside, a stunning backdrop for any event.
The property has a rich history of agriculture. For one hundred years the farm was used to cultivate pears, raise sheep, board horses and graze cattle.
The Hilltop and Summit event spaces have breathtaking views from multiple vantage points with little to no structural interruptions. Our property is a majestic setting for any outdoor event and completely customizable - the possibilities are endless!

SUMMIT EVENT SPACE
The Summit event space is located at the highest point of the property reaching over 530 feet in elevation offering three-hundred-and-sixty degree views of breathtaking rolling hills perfect for elopements, intimate wedding ceremonies and photoshoots.
HILLTOP EVENT SPACE
The Hilltop event space is located at the second highest point of the property, offering breathtaking countryside views perfect for receptions and other large social gatherings.
PHOTOSHOOT AND VIDEOGRAPHY SESSIONS
Book our property for unlimited access to 60 acres of uninterrupted countryside views to provide a stunning backdrop for proposals, family photos, gender reveals, maternity photos or other memorable occasion!
ELOPEMENTS
Book our property for your elopement and have access to both the Summit and Hilltop event spaces. Gather with up to 50 loved ones to share this magical experience with!
WEDDINGS
Book our property to host your dream wedding! Our breathtaking views are sure to make your happiest day a memorable one too. Frequently Asked Questions
Is a Wedding Planner required in order to book a wedding at Khalsa Farm and Events?
No, however a wedding planner is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and seamless event on your big day. We have found that having a point person to coordinate vendors and enforce event timelines takes the burden off family members and helps create an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Does Khalsa Farm and Events provide any on site accommodations?
Khalsa Farm and Events provides the venue space. Clients are responsible for arranging event rentals, portable restrooms, food vendors, décor etcetera for the event. Our property is a blank canvas to create the event of your dreams - the possibilities are endless! Please see our preferred vendor list for local vendors.
What happens if the weather turns on the day of our event?
We recommend renting a tent or other form of indoor structure to ensure your event can proceed in case of winds, rain or heat. Please see our Weather tab for our average temperatures and precipitation values in Napa County, CA.
Is on site lodging available?
No, but there are multiple lodging options in downtown Napa, only 15 minutes from our property. The closest lodging accommodation is SpringHill Suites Marriot located just 5 minutes away.
What's parking like on the property?
There is a limited amount of parking available for clients and vendors. Khalsa Farm & Events is currently able to accommodate 50 guests. All elopements, weddings and quinceaneras require guests to arrive and depart by shuttle service.
Can I get ready on site?
Yes! A farmhouse is available to clients the day of the event at an additional fee.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, 50% of the total event fee is due 60 days prior to the date of the event. Photoshoots and videography sessions do not require a deposit.
If I cancel my booking, can I get my security deposit back?
The security deposit is non-refundable once the event contract has been signed.
Can our event extend beyond 10pm?
Yes, additional hours are available! Please see our pricing sheet.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
No, our property lies within a high risk fire zone.
What is the greenest time of the year?
