Steeped in a rich agricultural legacy, the property has been lovingly cultivated for over a century. Once home to thriving pear orchards, grazing sheep and cattle, and horse boarding, the land carries a timeless charm that blends rustic heritage with natural beauty, creating a setting unlike any other.

Our event spaces offer breathtaking views from every angle, with minimal structural interruptions to preserve the natural beauty that surrounds you. With the capacity to host up to 500 guests, The Hilltop combines expansive space with breathtaking scenery to deliver an event experience that feels both grand and intimate.

With space to accommodate up to 250 guests, it provides the perfect backdrop for memorable celebrations, where sweeping views and an inviting atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable experience.

The Valley is a spacious and versatile event venue, offering 180 by 80 feet of beautifully scenic space ideal for unforgettable gatherings. Perfectly suited for large celebrations—including weddings and receptions—it can comfortably host up to 300 guests. The perimeter is elegantly defined by warm, glowing barn lights, creating a charming and inviting atmosphere that enhances every occasion.

At Khalsa Farm and Events, convenience meets comfort with our on-site 20-passenger shuttle service. Designed to make your experience seamless from start to finish, our shuttle is available to transport you and your guests effortlessly to your event space. Whether arriving, departing, or moving between locations on the property, you can relax and enjoy the celebration while we take care of the journey.



No, however a wedding planner is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and seamless event on your big day. We have found that having a point person to coordinate vendors and enforce event timelines takes the burden off family members and helps create an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Khalsa Farm and Events provides the venue space and has two portable restrooms available to rent. Clients are responsible for arranging event rentals, food vendors, décor etcetera for the event. Our property is a blank canvas to create the event of your dreams - the possibilities are endless! 
We recommend renting an event tent or other form of structure to ensure your event can proceed in case of winds, rain or heat. Please see our Weather tab for our average temperatures and precipitation values in Napa County, CA.
No, but there are multiple lodging options in downtown Napa, only 15 minutes from our property. The closest lodging accommodation is SpringHill Suites Marriot located just 5 minutes away.  
Yes, there's a limited amount of parking available for clients and vendors. Khalsa Farm & Events can accommodate 50 guests. All large events require guests to arrive and depart by shuttle service. 
Yes! A farmhouse is available to clients the day of the event at an additional fee.
Yes, 50% of the total event fee is due 60 days prior to the date of the event. Photoshoots and videography sessions do not require a deposit.
Yes, additional hours are available at an additional fee.
No, our property lies within a high risk fire zone.
